1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the Datlogix Chrome extension or using the Datlogix web application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Datlogix is a productivity tool for freight dispatchers. It provides a Chrome extension that overlays scoring, filtering, and email automation on supported load boards (currently DAT One), along with a web application for account management.

3. Account Requirements

You must have a valid Google account to use Datlogix. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow others to access your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited commercial email
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Datlogix software
• Use the service in any way that violates the terms of DAT One, Truckstop, or any other load board platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscription and Payment

Datlogix is offered as a paid subscription service. Pricing is displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. To request a refund, contact us at chakopss@gmail.com.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Load board platforms (DAT, Truckstop) may change their interface at any time, which could temporarily affect the extension's functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to restore compatibility promptly.

8. Intellectual Property

Datlogix and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the scoring algorithm will result in better business outcomes. Freight load decisions remain entirely your responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datlogix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
